    nice overview!!

    One comment: why do you mention so many tools? where 2.0 (and also mobile2.0) is more about behaviour and experience (as in; a tool can have very different behaviour-impact, depending on the context its used in).

    Furthermore; for your intro:
    Have a look at the Millennials-presentation from the CPCC (center for applied research), which shows how the last Millennial-generation (or generation Y or whatever) grew up, what their major influencing factors are/were and how this affects the way they look at the world and themselves. (I have a copy if you’d want it).
